I tried my samples from AN and made a little write up.

RPM by Applied Nutriceuticals

Well today I got my sample of RPM and like a kid in a candystore I had to try 1 immediately.

Im usually pretty foggy for the first couple hrs after waking up so I figured this would be a litmus test. After about 20min I started to perk up and get energetic which was very encouraging to say the least.

So to make sure that it wasnt placebo I took 1 more 1.5-2 hrs later.I was at work and occupied with my tasks as I started to feel a surge of energy and a slight body buzz (for lack of a better term) and since I wasnt even thinking about taking the RPM it couldnt be in my head.Im very tollerant to stims (up to 6 Venom HD/day at one point) so needless to say I was even more impressed!!Im very pleased with this product and cant wait to get under the bar with 4 RPMs in my system.

Great job Applied Nutriceuticals!!!

Unfortunately I hurt my back so I wont be lifting for awhile and RPM keeps me going so well on my night turn job; Ill be out before I hit the weights but Ill be loading up on RPM when its out

Hey MMowry - that's a great review. Would you mind re-posting that in the Supplement Review subforum to make sure others don't miss it?

I know Watcher will want to see it - he's real tolerant to stims, so he might like it!!

I believe MAN has been a little late in production of CLOUT and Scorch, as they are out of stock at most places. I hope we can pick some up soon, as the stuff plain rocks.

Need to think on that one. We had planned on scratching the Core line because sales/margins werent very good. I think they make a solid MRP though we just couldnt move it well. We may bring it back though.

I cannot seem to find a natural substance called "Yohimbe" anywhere. Or at least I think that is how it is spelled. I even had them look it up at my gym with the companies they most regularly use, but they can't find it either. I hear it is supposed to be really good. I have seen descriptions of so many different things including needed vitamins and minerals that I almost overwhelmed with trying to find them all and trying to find as many as possible in a muti-vitamin. Manganese, CQ10, Yohimbe, Magnesium, Something that starts with a V.....it is way to much to remember let alone to have to swallow every day. I am already taking 7-10 creatine caps, 4 multi-vitamins &, 2 fiber caps. Where does the madness end?

Here's my Top 10 Supplements, for what it's worth, if you haven't seen it. Not necessarily in priority order, but I would say the Top 6 are worthy of every athlete having in their arsenal...before spending money on anything else.

Yohimbe can be found in the form "yohimbine hcl" when bought as a stand-alone substance. Here's the pure stuff from a great brand at a great price. Click here for Yohimbine HCL.

Quote:
Yohimbine vs. yohimbe

Quite a bit of confusion seems to exist about the difference between Yohimbine and yohimbe. Yohimbine is the principal alkaloid from the herb P. yohimbe. However, there are 31 other yohimbane alkaloids that can be present in herbal yohimbe preparations. Some of these have different and unknown selectivities and potencies (and thus, effects) at the adrenergic receptors (8, 9) -- in addition, these preparations vary greatly from brand to brand and even from batch to batch, as no standardization for extraction exists. In fact, a recent investigation found that most over the counter preparations have little to no actual yohimbine (10). And, even in the more potent preparations, most people find a higher degree of undesirable effects with the herb vs. pure Yohimbine (due to the afore mentioned 31 other yohimbane alkaloids that can be present). With Yohimbine Hydrochloride, you are guaranteed 2.5mg of pure, pharmaceutical grade Yohimbine HCl per capsule, without the added side effects from other alkaloids - thus, allowing safer, more reliable dosing.

Thank you. Man I am starting to wonder if you really are a person. I no more than get a question posted until you are already answering said question. How do you know so much?

LOL. Sorry - I can only explain it like this: (a) it's a passion of mine, so I'm always reading or thinking about it, and (b) I am currently not motivated to work, so I'm spending too much time on here right now. LOL.

Leviathan by Palo Alto Labs also is a good product with a heavy dose of Yohimbine.

^^^ yeah, I was just browsing your site - thinking about picking up a bottle of Leviathan for my cut. My dreaded cut. Bleh. I like bulking much better.

BTW - I see you are out of stock on Epidrol? Any idea when it will be available again?

I've got some of that YOHIMBE stuff ordered from PN. Is there anything that you would reccomend with it? Like caffien or ephedra, or something like that? I either got a cheap brand of creatine, or I just don't respond to it.

And I love the muscle milk but my hubby was told that it will make you gain wieght. I am not trying to gain wieght. I need the protien post-workout but I already wiegh enough. Is there some other kind of protien shake or something that I can try that will help with muscle recovery, but not tip the scales in the wrong direction?

P.S. We need some scale smilies. Happy, sad, scale violence......

Let's see here:

It's generally not good to combine yohimbe with ephedra in the same dose. In general for fat loss purposes, I take yohimbine hcl before I do cardio, and I might use something else the rest of the time. Partly for added assistance with the fat loss and partly for the placebo effect. I'm weird - but I like experimenting with new supps, and when I'm taking something (like Leviathan or Venom or whatever), I tend to be strict on my diet so I don't waste my money.

Regarding Muscle Milk - it doesn't cause you to gain weight in and of itself. Eating more calories than you burn during the day will. Having said that, it is heavy on the calories due to the fats, so it would cause you to have to watch what else you eat. But for post workout, I prefer a basic Whey Protein Isolate or just a pure whey mix of some sort. So many to choose from - Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey, Dymatize Elite Whey, Primaforce Substance WPI, Syntrax, EAS, etc, etc. We have a protein powder thread a mile long if you want to browse for ideas.

And regarding smilies - if you see any elsewhere that you like - PM me and let me know and I'll look into adding them.

Any plans to add VPX Zero Impact Bars? I've been hearing some good things about them.

Request for PN: P-Slin. Sounds interesting and I think I need to see if I notice anything from this stuff...

GENERIC 3-AD = YEAH BUDDY!!!!

XPN AndroXtreme-D
60caps
150mgs each(thats twice as much per cap as 11-oxo)

*Grab some grapefruit extract or AX's trisb. matrix and you pretty much have 3-AD.

This would make running a 3-AD cycle somewhat affordable.
2bottles(120caps) at 4 per day= roughly $90-100 for a four week cycle ran at 600mg per day.
