Seriously, contribute to the forums ask questions and answer them when you can. You'll find there isn't a better group of people to help you meet your goals

Depending on what you ordered from Planetary, it may be stuck at customs. Because the laws between Canada and the US are not exactly the same in regards to what can legally be included in the ingredients lists, the package may be seized.
It is up to us to educate ourselves on what can and cannot cross the border. It is a risk that we choose to take. It is not the fault of Planetary Nutrition. Do you have a tracking number for the order? |

I have also ordered from them, two times actually, and never had a problem. I talked to someone from there because I had a few questions and they were very nice and very helpful so I agree with everyone else....you should just call them!

I can't really say more than what's already been said. My experiences with PN have all been good, I've been ordering with them and occasionally other sites for years now and PN has always had customer service that was personal and far above what I expected. As others have suggested, pick up the phone and give them a call, I'm sure they'll be able to help you out, tell you when the missing product will be in stock, refund your order, give you shipping information, etc.
Also, your analogy kind of sucks. It would be more like buying a red car, then realizing that they didn't have red cars in stock, them suggesting you pick a different colored car, then you walking to the Shell station across the street and asking if shell was a scam and if they were going to abduct and torture you.Ok, maybe my analogy's a little off too. ![]() Call PN, they'll take care of you.
