Have you contacted them via telephone or the Contact Us form on their website to inquire baout the situation?

I think this site is a scam. I'm just waitng for someone to rip me off.... =) Good gravy its been over 4 years now..... doesn't anybody want to rip me off?

Seriously, contribute to the forums ask questions and answer them when you can. You'll find there isn't a better group of people to help you meet your goals

Who's attitude is wrong?
What would you do if, let's say you want to buy a car, pay for it, and they say: thanks for buying from us, but we don't have cars anymore, but you could buy something else, a tractor or maybe a bike, or some short pants, they are almost better than cars ???
Believe me, I sold a lot of stuff in my life, and I know errors happens, but when it is my fault I try to solve it in a professional manner. In this case, I would buy from another store the missing product and I would deliver the package. I would make a smaller profit, but I would make a happy (eventually loyal) customer. Or return the money immediately.

Depending on what you ordered from Planetary, it may be stuck at customs. Because the laws between Canada and the US are not exactly the same in regards to what can legally be included in the ingredients lists, the package may be seized.

It is up to us to educate ourselves on what can and cannot cross the border. It is a risk that we choose to take. It is not the fault of Planetary Nutrition.

Do you have a tracking number for the order?

I have also ordered from them, two times actually, and never had a problem. I talked to someone from there because I had a few questions and they were very nice and very helpful so I agree with everyone else....you should just call them!

I understand you are frustrated. I would be too. But calling us scammers and making accusations in your first post here is where I think the attitude could've been adjusted.

Planetary Nutrition has a "contact us" form. I suggest you use that. Or pick up the phone and call the store. They are EXTREMELY nice and care about their customers more than most companies these days. You can even ask for the owner, Brad, if you feel like the answer you've been given is not satisfactory. But I'm sure if they don't have an equivalent item that you'd like to trade for, they WILL refund your money.

If you had taken a few minutes to look around here, you would see that we are called "Clutch Fitness" and are a discussion forum for people to talk about training and nutrition. Planetary Nutrition is a sponsor here and we gave them a sub-forum to post announcements about new products or special prices etc.

We are not their "customer service" center and can't really help you with any order problems.

Here. I went to their site and clicked on Company Info for you. Here's the contact information. Pick up the phone - give 'em a call - and ask for the Owner, Brad.

I can't really say more than what's already been said. My experiences with PN have all been good, I've been ordering with them and occasionally other sites for years now and PN has always had customer service that was personal and far above what I expected. As others have suggested, pick up the phone and give them a call, I'm sure they'll be able to help you out, tell you when the missing product will be in stock, refund your order, give you shipping information, etc.

Also, your analogy kind of sucks. It would be more like buying a red car, then realizing that they didn't have red cars in stock, them suggesting you pick a different colored car, then you walking to the Shell station across the street and asking if shell was a scam and if they were going to abduct and torture you.

Ok, maybe my analogy's a little off too.

Call PN, they'll take care of you.

You went to the airport and bought a flight on Delta Airlines, but it was cancelled. Refunds weren't given but you could pick a different flight to stand by on. You notice that Hertz Rental Cars has an advertisement on the little ticket sleeve you were given with your ticket, so you go downstairs to the Hertz booth and ask them for resolution.
