Welcome to the Downloads section of Clutch Fitness! These tools have been created BY our members FOR our members. Many of us have spent a lot of time and effort to create these tools to help those that are contributing members here at Clutch Fitness.

This is a great excel template to give you a visual picture of how to lay out your DC Training workout. It can also be useful for tracking your progression over time.

I give this an A+.. Not because I made it so much as how instrumental it was in enabling me to continue beating the logbook.
My advice with the spreadsheet is to save it to your desktop. When you're in the gym, after you stretch for one minute after each exercise, plug in your numbers into your cell phone's notepad. Or at least a piece of paper. Believe me, it's very easy to forget how many reps between rest/pausing you've done!
This way when you get home, you can access it and input your numbers. It'll be very easy to see across the week's whether or not you're having problems with an exercise or not.
